Description:

 

Rhomaleosaurus was a species of Rhomaleosaurid pliosaur from the early Jurassic of England, and grew to a monstrous size of 7m. Like other pliosaurs, it most likely fed on Ichthyosaurs, ammonites and other plesiosaurs. It is thought that Rhomaleosaurus was able to pick up scents whilst submerged by passing water through passages in the skull containing sensory organs.
